Personal Narratives (Retell/Recount) Orally share a story about something that has happened to you. Using your Writing Paper, draw a picture to show where (inside or outside?), who (always draw you!) and what you did. This could be building a fort, baking with your family, playing tag, riding your bike... the possibilities are endless! After you finish writing your story, remember to add atleast 3 or more different triple words!
At home suggestions:
Draw, label and color a detailed picture to tell a true story (include WHO? WHERE? WHEN? WHY? WHAT? details).
'Read' your story to a stuffy or family member. Can you add more details to your picture or start a new piece?
